Richard's Prosciutto & Peach Toast Appetizer
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Loaf of Italian or French bread
Mascarpone Italian sweet cream cheese
Peach preserves (or when in season a thin slice of Fresh Ripe Peaches)
Prosciutto – thinly sliced
1. Thinly slice a Loaf of Italian or French bread. Place on baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven at 350 degrees.
2. Remove the toasted sliced bread from the oven. Cool. Spread generously Mascarpone Italian sweet cream cheese on the toasted sliced bread.
3. Layer a slice of Prosciutto sized to the toasted sliced bread with the Mascarpone cheese.
4. Spread Peach preserves or (in season a thin slice of Fresh Ripe Peaches) on the Prosciutto
